Hi, I would say it's 'in' the playground if you are referring to a playground with swings, slides and seesaws etc. If you are talking about a playground at school though, which is usually a big piece of tarmac, you would probably say 'on' the playground. Likewise you would say 'on' the football pitch but 'in' the park. |
