感冒症状 (Common Cold Symptoms):

Person 1: I've got a runny nose, sore throat, and I'm sneezing a lot.

Person 2: Sounds like you have a cold. Maybe you should take some over-the-counter cold medicine and get plenty of rest.

流感症状 (Flu Symptoms):

Person 1: I feel achy all over, have a high fever, and I'm so tired.

Person 2: Those sound like flu symptoms. You might want to see a doctor and stay hydrated.

发烧 (Fever):

Person 1: I'm running a fever and feeling really weak.

Person 2: You might want to check your temperature and consider seeing a doctor.

喉咙痛 (Sore Throat):

Person 1: My throat is killing me, especially when I swallow.

Person 2: Gargle with some saltwater; it might help soothe the soreness.

头痛 (Headache):

Person 1: I've had this pounding headache all day.

Person 2: Try drinking some water and taking a break. Maybe it's just stress.

牙痛 (Toothache):

Person 1: My tooth is killing me; it's a constant throbbing pain.

Person 2: You might have a cavity. You should schedule an appointment with the dentist.

腹泻 (Diarrhea):

Person 1: I've been running to the bathroom all morning with diarrhea.

Person 2: It could be something you ate. Drink plenty of fluids and maybe stick to bland foods for a bit.

呕吐 (Vomiting):

Person 1: I can't stop throwing up, and I feel so nauseous.

Person 2: Food poisoning, maybe? You should rest and see a doctor if it continues.

胃痛 (Stomachache):

Person 1: My stomach is cramping, and I have this constant ache.

Person 2: It might be indigestion. Avoid heavy or spicy foods for a while and see if it improves.

头晕 (Dizziness):

Person 1: I stood up, and suddenly everything started spinning. I feel so dizzy.

Person 2: It could be low blood pressure. Sit down, take it easy, and maybe have a snack.

焦虑 (Anxiety):

Person 1: I can't shake this feeling of worry and unease.

Person 2: Sounds like anxiety. Consider talking to a counselor or therapist about what's on your mind.

抑郁 (Depression):

Person 1: I've been feeling really down lately, with no energy or motivation.

Person 2: Depression is tough. You should reach out to a mental health professional for support.
