普通药品 (Over-the-Counter Medications):

Person 1: I have a headache. Do you have any pain relievers?

Person 2: Sure, I have some acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Which one do you prefer?

感冒药 (Cold Medicine):

Person 1: I've got a runny nose and a sore throat. What should I take?

Person 2: You can try an over-the-counter cold medicine with a decongestant and cough suppressant.

抗过敏药 (Antihistamines):

Person 1: I have these itchy hives. What can I take for allergies?

Person 2: Antihistamines like loratadine or cetirizine can help with allergic reactions.
