I've
come to Pinko around 10 times and I've always been really happy with the results that I've gotten! I don't have a specific nail tech but it's a relief to know that all of the nail techs are more than qualified. I've only ever gotten gel-x manicures here and an occasional gel pedicure. The gel-x manicures are amazing! They can stay on for 3-4 weeks before they start to fall off and are super durable. Every time I want a design, they have never disappointed and always take so much time and care to make the design as close to the picture as possible. At some nail salons, I've noticed that they will try to pry off old nail extensions and this has caused my entire nail to be ripped off lol. At Pinko, they take the time to soak and remove the gel patiently. I usually end up paying around $75-$85 with tip for a gel-x full set. The gel pedicures are also really nice. Depending on what package you get, they are generous when it comes to giving massages and the hot stone massage is very soothing. The gel pedicure lasts forever too. I believe I usually pay around $50-$60 excluding tip.
The inside is really cute and clean. They usually play some relaxing music and have a sitting area where you can sit and look at swatches of nail colors
The only non-positive comment I can think of is that sometimes you'll be waiting a while even if you make an appointment. They're very popular so there have definitely been times where I've waited 10-15 minutes after my appointment time or a nail tech will start on my nails and then will switch to another person so my nails are half prepped and I'm waiting for another person to free up.
